Nitin helped me buy a new construction in Austin area. I was remote, in different state but Nitin kept me honest about options by sending pics, links, videos to provide all possible info to help me decide. During process, he was patient and just kept sending me options over period of 6-7 months, never pressurized me to hurry or talk in frustrated tone.
